1. ポート確認

netstat -ano | findstr :8

2. PIDからプロセス名確認

tasklist | findstr <PID>

3. プロセス名から何で動いてるか特定

• python.exe → Pythonで実装
• node.exe → Node.js
• w3wp.exe → IIS

4. Pythonなら何のファイルか確認

wmic process where processid=<PID> get commandline

実行コマンドが出るのでファイル名がわかります

5. そのファイルを見てWebSocketの実装を確認

ここまでわかれば何のライブラリ使ってるか・どう動いてるか把握できます。
